The Top 200 Environmental Firms includes firms of all types in various environmental markets. After reducing the list down to strictly water/wastewater contractors, W. Rogers Company ranked 26.

ENR provides this list as an annual look at the market and establishes rankings based on gross revenues reported in 2008 for providing environmental services and products to domestic and international markets.
W. Rogers Company reported $67.7 million in environmental revenue. 31 percent of the revenue came from the water industry, and 69 percent came from the wastewater industry.
This list included following environmental markets: water, wastewater, hazardous waste, nuclear waste, air, environmental management/compliance and environmental science/planning.
The list also included the following types of firms: construction, engineering/design, consulting, construction/program management, equipment, technology, contract operations and more.
